About Me

I am a 27+ year active duty memeber of the U.S. Coast Guard.  I have been playing wargames and role playing games since 1977.

My main areas of interest are:

15mm WW2 North Africa; I have early and mid-war armies for German, Italian and the Common Wealth.  I have some late war Germans and British.

15mm WW2 1940 Battle for France and the Low Countires; I have German and British armies.

I also have my on set of rules for WW2 tank battles.  The rule set is called Blazing Chariots and it is base of the book by Robert Crisp of the same name.  It has been play tested at HMGS Cold Wars and Fall-In.  I will be running several games at the 2012 Cold Wars.

25 mm Dark Age and Age of Arthur.  I have a Viking army, 300+ warriors with seven long ships.  I have a Pict army, 200+ with warboats, cavalry and chariots. I have a early and late period Saxon  army, 200+.  I have a Roman-British army, 100+ with cavlary.  I am working on an Irish and Scotish armies.

25mm 12-13 Century Crusader and english barons war armies.  I have 500+ miniatures with more than 200+ of them are mounted knights.  I developed a historical jousting rule set I have put on at HMGS Cold Wars and Historicon.  I am still looking for a good set of rules for Dark Age combat.

I was stationed in Houston for five year, but it was before you set up the Beer and Pretzel Wargame club.  I hope to make a visit or two  back to the area and perhaps run or play in some games.

I do offer painting services for 15mm WW2 miniatures.  If intereted please send me an e-mail at [email protected]  Please talk to Joe Leonard for a reference on quality of work.

I highly recommend Adam's painting services. He runs FOW for several large tournaments and knows the paint schemes for WWII incredibly well. I can show you examples of his work for my FOW Flammpanzers and StugGs.
