I began my wargaming career back in 1989 with Battletech with a gaming group in Vidor, TX. In the intervening years I have played D&D, AD&D Battlesystem 2nd Ed, JohnnyReb, Napoleon's Battles, Microarmor, Warhammer Fantasy 4th-6th, 40k 2nd-3.5, Command Decision (at game cons with Dudley Garidel), several Two Hour Wargames games (with Ed Texeira the THW man himself), I Ain't Been shot Mum, and Flames of War 2nd Ed. I am sure their are other games but the list would be waay too long. Currently I'm playing a Company level WWII homebrew game with my game group from Vidor.

As for interests other than gaming I am a War of 1812 reenactor with Plauche's Battalion, New Orleans Uniformed Militia. We get together thoughout the year, but our biggest event by far is the January 8th Battle of New Orleans annual celebraion and memorial. We wear the uniforms of Napoleon's Old Guard Grenadiers complete down to the bearskin hat. Chicks dig the bear.  I'm also a military history enthusiast be it the Battle of Borodino, New Orleans, Waterloo, the Alamo, Gettysburg, Prokorahvka, Falaise Pocket, or the Bulge.
