On December 13th, 2003, at approximately 8:26 PM local time, elements of the 4th Infantry Division and Special Operating Forces raided a farm compound just north of the town of Ad Dawr, on the Tigris River, about 15 kilometers south of Tikrit, capturing Former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein. This was Operation Red Dawn.
What the world was not told at the time was that on that same day, under cover of Operation Red Dawn, another equally important operation was underway in the small backwater African nation of Elbonia, its mission: to capture and return to justice the man the US authorities had codenamed: "WEAVER". That would be easier said then done...
